The holiday season is upon us, meaning it's time to share some of my favorite gift ideas for the season! Most of these items have a health coach spin on them, making them perfect for anyone on your list wanting to make 2018 a little healthier! And if they don't, maybe your gift will be the hint they need.
For the Foodie: An Instant Pot
The Instant Pot literally changed my life and my cooking when I bought it last year on Black Friday. The Instant Pot is a multi-use pressure cooker and slow cooker that makes cooking and meal prepping a breeze with fast cooking times and fairly easy cleanup. I highly recommend it to anyone in your life looking to save time in the kitchen. I have the 6-quart, but the 8-quart version would be great for families too. You can find them here.
For the Beauty Queen (or King!): Beautycounter
I love Beautycounter and what the brand stands for, as they use wholesome ingredients in their products. Our skin is our largest organ after all, so what we put on it is just as important as the food we eat! For gifts, I recommend the Charcoal Mask (my first ever purchase) or the Charcoal Bar (another big favorite) as great starter gifts. Otherwise, they also have some great holiday gift sets to try too. For those who love Scents: Essential Oil Diffuser + Oil of Choice
I have been taking about essential oils for a few months now, and I will continue to do so! They are simple items to add into your every day life and have a ton of different uses! I especially love diffusing lavender at night to help me calm down and get a better night sleep, which I know every person reading this could use! I use this diffuser currently, but I have this one on order. Lavender is a great choice to start with, but if you want something more uplifting and fruity, Wild Orange would be great too! Otherwise, a basic starter kit of Peppermint, Lavender, and Lemon is perfect too.
For the Person Who is Constantly Stressed: Massage Gift Certificate
We all know that person who can just never calm down or relax, so buying them (and possible scheduling too!) a massage for them is the best way to help them relax, even if it's just for a little bit. I love massages and swear by them in my own life for stress relief and relaxation!

Everything you'll ever need to know about eating healthy or living a holistic, real food based lifestyle can be found in Paleo Principles by Sarah Ballantyne. It is a monster of a book, but it's one that you don't have to read all at once. Open it when you have questions or want to know more about specific ailments. It's a great gift for anyone looking to make health changes!
