Today, I have a quick & easy 30 minute workout you can do anywhere at anytime - no equipment needed!
The workout is made of 3, 9-minute AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible). Work to complete as many rounds of the 4 movements in each "part" or section of the workout. Rest 1 minute between sections before moving to the next! Don't forget to warmup and stretch before and after!
