Is your future self asking you to stop drinking soda?
Is your future self asking you to start strength training so you don’t develop osteoporosis?
Is your future self begging you to become more active?
Is your future self pleading with you to get some sleep?
Is your future self telling you to quit the job you hate so badly?
Is your future self asking you to love your body and all its uniqueness?
Sit down and listen to yourself. It is one of the smartest people you’ll ever listen to. And, although it’s hard, be honest with yourself. We know ourselves and our bodies better than any doctor or medical professional. What do you need to do today that your future self will thank you for?
