Quit stressing over dinner with Power Meal Prep!
Join Olivia Borer, Clinical Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, in 2020 for meal prepping events like no other. Each participant will be responsible for a specific portion of ingredients that will be shared with the group. At the end of the class, everyone will walk away with five ready-to-cook meals for the week ahead. Recipes and grocery lists will be provided in advance. All recipes will be real food based, gluten-free, and delicious of course!
Dates and Times:
Saturday, February 1st – 9:00-10:00am
Saturday, February 29th - 9:00-10:00am
Saturday, March 21st - 9:00-10:00am
Each class is limited to 8 participants, and participants can sign up either or both of the meal prepping classes (the meals will be different). The deadline to sign up for each week’s class is the Wednesday before Saturday’s class to ensure enough time to send and receive grocery lists and go shopping! All classes will feature different meals.
*Please note that we will not be cooking the meals during the class; rather, we will be preparing them to be cooked in a shorter amount of time later in the week!
The cost is $35 per class + your share of ingredients for the week ($40-$75).
