My Favorite Brands: Convenience Foods & Where to Find Them

I am asked very often what my favorite brands are when it comes to real, whole foods items, and with stores like Whole Foods lined with a variety of items all claiming to be the healthiest, no wonder everyone is confused!
Today, I'm going to walk you through my favorite brands in several different categories of food, as well as list where to find them in store. Most all of the items can be found on Amazon.
You'll find affiliate links to the products on Amazon. Using these links will support my work on the blog and my podcast The Nourish with Olivia Podcast. Thank you for your support!

Convenience Foods/Brands: Healthy Fats
1. Primal Kitchen Mayo & Salad Dressings
These products are simply amazing. Made with quality oils and no added sugar, the entire collection is a win!

2. Justin's Nut Butter & Nut Butter Packets
I prefer the original flavors of the peanut butter, cashew butter, and almond butter. They're on-the-go packets are a game changer for traveling! The palm oil included is not a vegetable oil and is acceptable.

3. Individual Packets of Raw Nuts (watch for added oils!)
Although I dislike counting calories, these items often come in 100 calorie packs that are convenient I'll admit. Grab one to throw in your bag quickly and easily!

4. Coconut Butter
If you have a nut or peanut allergy, this is for you!

Convenience Foods/Brands: Carbohydrates
1. Fresh Veggies & Fruit
This one is obvious - whatever veggies and fruit you can get precut or whole that can be eaten raw are great options!
Vegetables: broccoli, baby carrots, cauliflower, radishes, jicama, celery, snap peas, etc
Fruit: orange, banana, apple, pear, kiwi, grapes, berries, etc
ALL GROCERY STORES - yay!
2. Larabars
These bars are a mixture of dates and nuts and make a great quick snack.

3. RXBars
These bars are similar to Larabars with the addition of egg whites for a bit of extra protein.

4. Simple Mills Crackers, Cookies, Baking Mixes, & Frosting
These products are AMAZING and full of clean ingredients. Is there sugar? Yep, but organic coconut sugar is a much better option than some of the others.
