Cooking 101: Real Food Made Simple - ENROLLMENT NOW OPEN!

I am SO excited to announce the launch of my new program - Cooking 101: Real Food Made Simple!

In my work with clients, I've found that teaching people how to cook healthy meals that actually taste good can be a bit of a learning curve. Many healthy meals out there call for a ton of ingredients (sometimes ingredients you've never heard of!) and take a ton of time.

With Cooking 101, we solve that problem making real, whole food meals simple, easy, and attainable for everyone at every cooking level!

Cooking 101 is an 8-week program designed to teach you all of my favorite methods of cooking, as well as provide you with a ton of new recipes that are extremely customizable so you can make them suitable for your needs.

Each week, we'll cover a new topic. The online platform will include videos, recipe demos, PDF handouts, and recipe PDFs for each week so that you can easily find all the information for that week in one place.

The weekly schedule is as follows:

  1. Intro to Cooking - Learn how Cooking 101 is structured, as well as the basics of dicing and slicing and my approach to nutrition: PFC balanced

  2. Slow Cooker - The easiest method of them all! We cover tons of slow cooker recipes and discuss how to make them freezer-friendly for prep now, cook later.

  3. Roasted Vegetables - The best way to cook vegetables (in my opinion) that assures even the pickiest of eaters will give them a try!

  4. Egg Bakes - Need a quick and easy breakfast? The super customizable (and family favorite) egg bake comes to the rescue! With 12 variations and freezing tips, this is sure to become a new favorite.

  5. Instant Pot - While I don't claim to be an Instant Pot expert, this amazing tool can make meal time quicker and easier, but many of us leave it in the box scared to use it. In this week, we'll cover the basics of the Instant Pot and more to help you break that seal and start to use it!

  6. Skillet & Stovetop - My preferred cooking method for meals that are on the table in less than 20 minutes.

  7. Casseroles - Use my base recipe to customize any casserole to suit your family's needs, as well as double the recipe to feed a crowd!

  8. Meal Prepping & Planning - In the last week, we tie it all together with tons of videos and resources to make meal prepping and planning easier.

Unlike my previous programs which have been in-person based, this program is completely online! So no matter where you read from, this program is for you.

I have poured the last few months into this program, working on filming and learning to edit, so I am so excited to be sharing this all with you today!

The program begins on June 15th and is self-paced online. However, this first round of the program will also include weekly emails from me with more information and help to stay on track.

The cost of the program is $129 (the value is close to $500!) and is a true passion project of mine. I learned how to cook healthy meals slowly but surely with lots of trial and error so that now you can do it minus the error!
