Time for a Change
As many of you know, I have been posting on this blog 2-3 times each week for almost four years now. However, with my health right now, I feel that it is time that I cut back to once a week. That will take a little stress off of my plate and allow me more time for self-care and relaxation, the two things that seem to be missing in my life right now.
Some of you may not know, but I had an eating/exercise disorder that I struggled with for about 8 years. Although I've been working diligently on turning my health around for four years now, there is still a lot of work that needs to be done. My cortisol is very high, I am tired all of the time, my sleep is disrupted, and I have a constant headache. It's becoming a bit too much to try and be everything to everyone, so I have realized that it is time I take a step back and focus even more on my health than I already do (which is a lot by most standards). I'm trying to find other ways to destress and better manage my health, so it'll be a constant work in progress, but one step at a time is the best way to go.
