Balanced Bites Master Class

Bonus post for the week! There is a time sensitive bit of info I wanted to share with you all this week.

As many of you know, I'm always in some sort of a continuing education course. I simply love learning! One of the courses I chose to take last year was the Balanced Bites Master Class, a program created by Diane Sanfilippo and Liz Wolfe. These ladies are two of the leaders in the paleo, real food movement, and were so influential in helping me get started on my journey towards true health and wellness four years ago. Their books, blogs, and podcasts probably saved my health and my life!

When I was going through my journey, trying to figure everything out, I often wished there was a class or seminar I could take that would literally teach me everything I needed to help me get started. Now several years later, that class has become a reality in the Balanced Bites Master Class!

With the BBMC, Diane and Liz walk you through several modules that break down all aspects of holistic health and wellness including blood sugar regulation, digestion, saturated fat and cholesterol, stress, sleep, and so much more. It is a one stop shop for anyone looking to learn more about living a holistic, balanced lifestyle!

I chose to go through the Coach's track of the BBMC, but there is also an option for those of you who aren't health coaches or practitioners working in the health field. The student track is a version of the program that contains the same information, just with less of a focus on helping coach others with the information as well. If you simply want to learn, the student track is for you!

What I really liked about the class is that it was mainly self-paced. Yes, there were live Facebook meetings throughout the course, but the rest of the information was in video and worksheet format that I could do at my own pace, at my own time! That made it very easy for me to fit into my busy schedule.

You can find much more information about the programs via the links below:

Again, I cannot recommend this program enough, especially if you've ever been fascinated by any of the information I've shared with you personally or on the blog. Either option of the class would be perfect to help introduce you to the world that has helped me find my greatest health thus far.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to me! Enrollment for the class ends on June 29th, 2018, and class begins on July 9th.

xoxo Olivia
