Book Club: November

Here we are, the last day of November. Where has this month gone?! It will be 2018 before we know it - now that's a crazy thought.

This month, I have two books that I am currently obsessed with - Paleo Principles by Sarah Ballantyne and Traveling Light by Max Lucado.

Paleo Principles by Sarah Ballantyne

This monster of a book (it's over 650 pages!) details EVERYTHING you need to know about paleo, real food, and total-body health. Sarah dives into the details behind why certain foods aren't great for you body, which options are better instead, and also provides tons of recipes to help make eating a real food diet easier. Plus, there is a ton of easy to understand science about several important topics, including nutrient density, gut health, autoimmune conditions, stress, and sleep. It is a literally a one-stop-shop for all things health and wellness! You can grab a copy here.

Traveling Light by Max Lucado

A lady in one of the groups I'm in on Facebook recommended this book, and I knew it would be perfect for me as it breaks down, line by line, Psalm 23, which is my favorite part of the entire Bible. Max does an amazing job of making the words of Psalm 23 come to life and relates them to real life. I am just halfway through the book and already Psalm 23 is taking on a whole new meaning for me. It is a must-read for anyone needing a little extra guidance and reassurance in life. You can grab a copy here or check your library like I did!

What have you been reading lately? Up next on my list is Unconventional Medicine by Chris Kresser. I can't wait to dive in!

xoxo Olivia
