Thanksgiving Workout


Between the three F's of Thanksgiving - food, football, and family - you might have a few minutes of time to get your heart rate up with a quick workout. It's the perfect way to start or end your turkey-day!

Complete three rounds of the following exercises, resting as needed. If you have more time, you can do 5-10 rounds! The more the merrier!

Otherwise, I wish you and your family a wonderful Thanksgiving! Remember to spend time with family and friends in true conversation - the true meaning of the holiday!
