New Resources!

Over the weekend, I added and deleted a couple of pages on my website to make navigating easier and more enjoyable for you, all of my lovely readers! One of the changes that I made was the addition of the "Downloads" tab underneath the "Work With Me" tab.

Under this "Downloads" tab, I have three (and counting) FREE resources for you to download and use as you wish.

The first is a recipe book called Simple Sides, which I created a while ago as a resource for those looking to add more vegetables into their diet. The recipes in the cookbook are all vegetable based and super simple and easy to make as they don't require any special ingredients.

The second resource is the PFC Balanced Eating guide that I use at Prairie Life on a daily basis. It outlines everything about why eating real food is so healing to the body, brain, and metabolism, as well as how to choose the best sources of real food to fill your plate. This sheet is my go-to resource whenever someone has questions for me. Feel free to pass it along to your friends and spread the real food love!

The final resource is one that I had made a while ago, but just now finished (I'm sure no one else does that with projects...). It is a 5-week workout program that contains two strength workouts per week along with one HIIT (high intensity interval training) workout. If you are unsure of what to be doing or where to start, that program would be perfect for you!
